There is no one size fit all solution to this; it depends on the job requirements. For simple talking heads interviews or case studies we can provide a self-shooting videographer along with his assistant, who works alone to capture all the necessary footage.

Though our preference is for a two or three member crew, comprising of a director/producer to supervise the filming and conduct interviews, along with one or two camera operators to focus on visual aspects and technical areas.

For complex projects, the crew could be bigger, for instance additional camera operators, sound recordist, drone operator and more.

Majorly it can be divided into three:

Pre-production: Learning about your business and listening intently, together we define what is you need from the video(s). After, we prepare a detailed script, work schedule and a proposal.

Production: The real stuff! We get on the field, capture all the raw footage; we might shoot at your premises, at a studio or some other locations.

Post-production: Here is the time to take out the scissors and chisel out a masterpiece from the editing table.

To start with we will ask for a face to face meeting (or an e-meeting) or ask to fill a short questionnaire to help us understand the project needs better.

Thereon your input is on you, as we undertake scripting, filming and editing. We will keep you informed at each step for necessary approvals.

For animation, we agree on the main messages and we prepare a draft script and a suggested visual style for review. However, we are happy to work on a full script or storyboard provided to us.
