For years, I worked inside organisations producing communication: corporate films, institutional messaging, public health campaigns, internal content. The output was strong. The teams were serious. The budgets were real. Yet something kept repeating.

The organisation believed one thing.

The audience understood something slightly different.

Not wrong.

Just misaligned.

And that small misalignment, when amplified across websites, presentations, films and campaigns, quietly diluted positioning.

I began asking a different question:
